On March 21, 2022, Jessica Quinn was announced as the future general store operator.
Quinn is a resident of East Calais, Vermont and brings a wealth of community involvement and business operational knowledge to the job. For her, it is more than work, it is a place to gather and enjoy one another's company.
Quinn is dedicated to bringing local products into the deli with an emphasis on supporting Vermont farmers. She plans to introduce essential food and living products to the shelves, including dairy products, prepackaged meals, seasonal items, and party supplies.
Jessica has experience in the culinary industry, working as a private chef for an New York City-based family at their estate for several years. She plans to inspire diversity in the community through food, while keeping the small town charm of smiling faces a priority.
