CommonLand Solutions is an approved consultant for the VT Housing & Conservation Board's Rural Economic Development Initiative, or REDI. REDI is a program that assists rural towns and villages to secure planning funds for project development.
CommonLand leveraged REDI funding to redevelop the following projects:

Cooperative Development Institute
Assistance to three manufactured home cooperatives in Milton, Castleton, and St. George for grant/loan packaging to redevelop water, wastewater, stormwater, and electrical infrastructure.
Rutland Housing Authority
Project management services to coordinate design professionals, assemble rehab scopes, and facilitate grant funding
Salisbury Town Hall
Redevelopment services for the historic Town Hall, which houses the Salisbury Free Public Library. Architectural services from Vermont Integrated Architecture.
Strafford Community Trust
Consulting services to identify and assist with securing state and federal grant funds, provide guidance for compliance, and coordinate architectural and engineering scopes. Architectural services from R. Edwards & Co.
Abenaki Nation of Missisquoi
