Strategic Consulting Partnerships

CommonLand forms collaborations with a wide network of consultants to help clients build healthy rural communities.

We work with strategic partners such as Capital Project Consulting (for construction management and owner’s representative services.

CommonLand Solutions is an approved consultant for the VT Housing & Conservation Board's Rural Economic Development Initiative, or REDI. REDI is a program that assists rural and farming communities in the discovery of funds for community and business development.

REDI was the driving force behind the redevelopment of CommonLand portfolio projects including East Calais General Store, Maquam Bay of Missisquoi’s Abenaki Food Pantry, and the Town of Ludlow skatepark.

CommonLand Solutions assembles all of the pieces of project development to launch new initiatives and form lasting benefits to individuals, neighborhoods, and communities.
